Do you want to start believing in yourself?

I remember when I was originally told to try daily affirmations by my psychologist. No. Thank. You. Talking into a mirror, just to myself? I don’t think so. The truth is, I’ve been doing it ever since.. I just didn’t want to admit it. You don’t necessarily have to say it out loud, you can have the thought, but only thinking the affirmation leaves room for the little devil in your head to say all the negative things to you as well. I prefer saying it out loud, whilst looking myself in the eyes!

I use these affirmations every morning before I start my day and I truly believe that they have helped in my journey it believing in myself. I hope they help you too!
